Ingredients
- 6 onions
- 2 green peppers
- tomatoes, canned or fresh
- 1 head of cabbage
- 1 large stalk of celery
- 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
Method
- Cut vegetables and cover with water in a large pot.
- Boil for 10 minutes, cover and lower heat and simmer until vegetables are tender.
- This soup is very low in calories.
