Ingredients
- 1 tortilla Flat Out Wrap - A low carb, will work to
- 1/2 cup butternut squash Roasted
- 1/4 cup onion - Sliced thin
- 1 ounce goat cheese
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup fresh spinach
Method
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Line a baking sheet with Parchment Paper
- Place the wrap onto the baking sheet
- Spread Olive Oil onto pizza, add the butternut squash, onions, cheese and spinach
- Bake for 6 minutes or until cheese is melted. Watch so the crust doesn't burn!
