Ingredients
- 1 c. shortening
- 2 Tbsp. cocoa
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Melt and let stand
- the shortening and cocoa.
- Mix together the sugar, flour, eggs and vanilla.
- Mix the shortening/cocoa with the flour, etc.
- Add 2 cups pecans and bake 20 minutes at 400° in a 9 x 12-inch greased pan.
- Cover with small marshmallows while hot then frost with cocoa icing.
