Ingredients
- 1 c. sugar
- 5 Tbsp. butter
- 1/3 c. milk
- 1 c. (6 oz.) semi-sweet pieces
Method
- In a small saucepan, combine sugar, butter and milk.
- Boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat.
- Stir in chocolate pieces until smooth.
- Pour over partially cooled cake. Cut into squares immediately after frosting.
- This is a moist cake.
- Covered, it keeps well in a cool place.
