Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. shortening
- 1 egg, beaten
- 5 Tbsp. water
Method
- Mix ingredients into a soft dough and divide in two parts. Roll out very thin; let dry 15 to 20 minutes.
- Cut in 2-inch squares and drop into broth that is simmering.
- Let cook until done, about 15 minutes.
