Ingredients
- 3 cans Eagle Brand milk
- 3 c. Snow Flake coconut
- 1 lb. pitted dates
- 1 lb. candied cherries
- 1 lb. candied pineapple
- 1 lb. pecans or walnuts
Method
- Chop or cut the mixture together, leaving nuts in large pieces. Use tube pan (10 x 4-inch) with bottom and sides lined with greased paper.
- Set water under the pan for baking.
- Bake 2 hours in 250° to 275° oven.
- Let cool in pan overnight.
- (Line with greased brown paper bag to fit pan.)
