Ingredients
- 3 cups broccoli florets, steamed 5 minutes
- 2 tablespoons margarine
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 12 cup fresh orange juice, strained
- 12 cup plain yogurt
- 12 teaspoon orange zest
- 14 teaspoon dried thyme
- salt & pepper
Method
- Melt the margarine and blend in the flour until smooth.
- Gradually stir in the remaining ingredients (except the broccoli).
- Cook over low heat until the mixture thickens.
- Serve over the hot broccoli.
