- 2 lb. stew beef
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
- 1 large onion, diced
- 8 medium potatoes, cubed
- 8 large carrots, sliced
- 1 c. celery, diced
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Mix all ingredients in large pan.
- Cover with lid and bake for 8 hours at 250°.
