Ingredients
- broccoli (amount of choice)
- 1 lb. chicken, fried
- 1/2 to 3/4 c. creamed soup
- 1/2 to 3/4 c. half and half cream
Method
- Cook broccoli.
- Put broccoli, pieces of chicken (whole or cubed, your choice) in buttered casserole dish.
- Mix soup and half and half together.
- Pour over broccoli and chicken.
- Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese and bread crumbs.
- Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes.
