Ingredients
- 2 sticks butter, softened
- 2 c. sugar
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 (12 oz.) box vanilla wafers, crushed
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 c. shredded coconut
Method
- Cream butter and sugar in bowl.
- Beat in eggs, one at a time. Add milk alternately with wafer crumbs, mixing well.
- Stir in coconut, pecans and vanilla.
- Pour into prepared tube pan.
- Bake at 275° for 2 1/2 hours.
- Yields 16 servings.
