Ingredients
- 3 egg whites
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 small pkg. of chocolate chips (12 oz.)
- 2 cups of chopped pecans
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Beat egg whites until stiff.
- Gradually add sugar.
- Then add vanilla.
- Fold in chips and pecans.
- Line cookie sheets with tin foil.
- Place 1 tablespoon of cookie mix on sheet for each cookie.
- They will not rise.
- Turn the oven off and place cookies sheets in the oven.
- Do not open the door until the next morning.
- Carefully remove cookies from foil lining and store in covered container.
