Ingredients

  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 small pkg. of chocolate chips (12 oz.)
  • 2 cups of chopped pecans

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • Beat egg whites until stiff.
  • Gradually add sugar.
  • Then add vanilla.
  • Fold in chips and pecans.
  • Line cookie sheets with tin foil.
  • Place 1 tablespoon of cookie mix on sheet for each cookie.
  • They will not rise.
  • Turn the oven off and place cookies sheets in the oven.
  • Do not open the door until the next morning.
  • Carefully remove cookies from foil lining and store in covered container.
