Ingredients
- 2 pkg. frozen broccoli
- 2 sticks oleo
- 1 large can mushrooms
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 7 oz. Minute rice
- 1/2 to 1 lb. Cheddar, grated
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Saute broccoli in oleo with mushrooms until broccoli is thawed.
- In casserole dish, combine rice, soup, salt and pepper. Add sauteed broccoli and mix in grated cheese.
- Bake at 375° for 45 minutes.
- May be kept refrigerated overnight before baking.
