Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. frozen broccoli, chopped or whole
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c. cheese
  • 1/4 c. salad dressing (I use Miracle Whip)
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1/2 c. bread crumbs
  • margarine

Method

  • Cook frozen broccoli according to package directions; drain. Spread in bottom of casserole dish.
  • (Do not add salt.)
  • Mix cream of mushroom soup, cheese, salad dressing, milk and egg; pour over broccoli.
  • Spread buttered bread crumbs on top.
  • Bake at 350° for 50 minutes.
