Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. butter
- 3 c. sugar
- 5 eggs
- 3 c. flour
- 2 Tbsp. lemon extract
- 3/4 c. 7-Up
Method
- Cream sugar and butter together; beat until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time and beat well after each.
- Add flour, one cup at a time.
- Beat in lemon extract and 7-Up by hand.
- Pour batter into a well-greased and floured large Bundt pan.
- Bake at 325° for 1 to 1 1/4 hours.
