Ingredients
- 1 lb. green beans, cut in 1-inch pieces (3 c.)
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil or cooking oil
- 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. dried basil, crushed
- 1/4 tsp. rosemary, crushed
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Method
- In saucepan, cook beans, covered, in small amount of boiling water with salt, until tender, 15 to 20 minutes; drain.
