Ingredients

  • 150 g fresh mango, peeled and sliced
  • 75 g bananas
  • 50 g yogurt, non sweetened
  • 100 ml milk
  • 40 ml simple syrup (sugar-water, not needed if using ripe fruit!)
  • 150 g crushed ice

Method

  • Place all ingredients in a blender.
  • Blend on high speed for 15 to 20 seconds.
  • Check smoothie to ensure it has consistancy and taste that you desire.
  • Pour into a tall chilled glass and insert a wide-gauge straw.
  • Take smoothie to a comfortable chair; sit back and enjoy.
  • Ahhhhh -- mango.
