Ingredients

  • 3 medium bananas
  • 2 Tbsp. lime or lemon juice
  • 12 c. fresh melon balls
  • 4 c. cubed, fresh pineapple
  • 2 c. seedless grapes
  • 2 c. sliced strawberries
  • 1 (3 oz.) can flaked coconut
  • 3 c. tiny marshmallows
  • 4 to 8 oz. lemon flavored yogurt
  • 1/4 c. lime juice
  • 1/4 c. honey

Method

  • In a large bowl, toss bananas in lime juice.
  • Add melon balls, pineapple, grapes, strawberries and coconut.
  • Layer marshmallows on top.
  • Cover and chill for 4 hours.
  • In a 6 1/2-cup service bowl, stir together the yogurt, 1/4 cup lime juice and the honey. Cover and chill for 4 hours.
  • Just before serving, drain fruit. Stir in yogurt mixture.
  • Toss to coat well.
  • Serve immediately.
