Ingredients
- 3 3/4 c. plain flour
- 5 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/3 c. Parkay margarine
- 2 1/2 c. (10 oz. pkg.) shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 2 eggs, beaten
Method
- Combine milk and eggs.
- Combine dry ingredients; cut in margarine until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Stir in cheese. Add combined milk and eggs; mix just until moistened.
- Spoon into greased and floured loaf pan.
- Bake at 375° 1 hour.
- Remove from pan immediately.
