Ingredients
- 2 c. flour
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 4 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1 to 1 1/2 c. heavy cream
Method
- Put flour, baking powder and sugar into mixing bowl.
- Stir with fork.
- Slowly add 1 to 1 1/2 cups cream, stir constantly, just until dough comes together.
- Place dough on floured board and knead for 1 minute.
- Put dough flat to 3/4-inch to 1-inch thick. Cut with 2-inch round cookie cutter or drinking glass.
- Brush both sides with melted butter.
- Place buttered biscuits 1 inch apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake in preheated 425° oven for 15 to 18 minutes until browned.
