Ingredients
- 2 can broad bean/lima bean
- 1 1/2 tsp crushed garlic
- 1 pinch ground cloves
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp hot sauce
- 5 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 cup water
Method
- In a blender or food processor add your 2 drained cans of beans garlic cloves salt 2 TBS oil hot sauce 4 TBS parsley lemon juice and water and blend until smooth
- Pour in boil and sprinkle with little salt 2tbs oil sprinkle paprika and parsley on top serve with pita bread or crackers or veggies anything you like really...
