Ingredients

  • 2 can broad bean/lima bean
  • 1 1/2 tsp crushed garlic
  • 1 pinch ground cloves
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp hot sauce
  • 5 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup water

Method

  • In a blender or food processor add your 2 drained cans of beans garlic cloves salt 2 TBS oil hot sauce 4 TBS parsley lemon juice and water and blend until smooth
  • Pour in boil and sprinkle with little salt 2tbs oil sprinkle paprika and parsley on top serve with pita bread or crackers or veggies anything you like really...
