Ingredients
- 4 to 5 chicken breasts
- 2 boxes cooked, chopped broccoli
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 box Pepperidge Farm or Stove Top dressing
- 2 tsp. sage
- 1 c. chopped pecans
Method
- Strip chicken into bite size pieces.
- Place pieces of cooked chicken in oblong cake pan.
- Place broccoli on top of chicken. Mix cream of chicken soup and mayonnaise together.
- Pour over chicken and broccoli.
- Sprinkle Cheddar cheese on top of mixture. Mix dressing according to package directions using broth from cooked chicken instead of water.
- Add sage and pecans to dressing. Place dressing on top of cheese.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
