Ingredients

  • 4 to 5 chicken breasts
  • 2 boxes cooked, chopped broccoli
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 box Pepperidge Farm or Stove Top dressing
  • 2 tsp. sage
  • 1 c. chopped pecans

Method

  • Strip chicken into bite size pieces.
  • Place pieces of cooked chicken in oblong cake pan.
  • Place broccoli on top of chicken. Mix cream of chicken soup and mayonnaise together.
  • Pour over chicken and broccoli.
  • Sprinkle Cheddar cheese on top of mixture. Mix dressing according to package directions using broth from cooked chicken instead of water.
  • Add sage and pecans to dressing. Place dressing on top of cheese.
  • Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
