Ingredients

  • 1 pound grnd beef
  • 1 medium onion, finely minced
  • 1 (4 ounce.) can minced green chilies
  • 1 (16 ounce.) can refried beans
  • 1/4 c. taco sauce
  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1/4 c. minced green onion
  • 1/4 c. black olives
  • Grated cheese

Method

  • Crumble and brown beef with onion.
  • Spread beans in 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
  • Combine chilies with beef and onion and spread on top of beans.
  • Drizzle taco sauce over meat.
  • Bake, uncovered, at 400 degrees for 20 min.
  • Top with grated cheese, dollops of lowfat sour cream, and sprinkle with onions and olives.
  • Serve warm as a dip with taco chips.
