Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 large potatoes
- 1 large onion
Method
- Brown 4 pork chops on both sides.
- Spray casserole with Pam. Slice potatoes in casserole.
- Pour 1/2 can cream of mushroom soup on potatoes.
- Place pork chops on potatoes.
- Slice onion on top of chops.
- Pour rest of soup on top of onions.
- Bake in 350° oven for 1 hour.
