Ingredients
- 4 to 5 lb. potatoes
- 1 large onion
- 3 stalks celery
- 1 c. milk
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1/4 lb. butter
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Dice potatoes, onion and celery.
- In a 6-quart pot, cover vegetables with water and cook until tender.
- Add milk, soup, butter, salt and pepper; simmer for about 1 hour.
