Ingredients

  • 2 cup mozarella cheese
  • 24 asparagus
  • 2 head garlic
  • 1 3/4 tsp paprika
  • 1 salt (to taste)
  • 1 pepper (to taste)
  • 1 cayenne pepper (pinch)
  • 1 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 cup olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1 box angel hair pasta

Method

  • Prehet oven to 350.
  • Cut a hole in chicken
  • Season chicken with salt, pepper, praprika
  • Stuff chicken with garlic, cheese and 4 asparagus each breast.
  • Place the stuffed chicken on a lightly greased pan.
  • Placed uncovered chicken in the oven for 30 minutes.
  • Boil pasta (follow directions on box)
  • For the sauce; add white wine, 1 cup of finely chopped onions.
  • Add 1 cup of minced garlic.
  • Add 1 cup of olive oil.
  • Simmer in pot for about 5 minutes until onions are translucent.
  • Then add parsley.
  • Simmer for another 3 minutes.
  • Set sauce aside until pasta is cooked and drained and add the sauce to your pasta.
  • Serve and enjoy!
