Ingredients
- 8 slices bread, cut off crusts and cube
- 1 lb. pork sausage, cooked, cut and drained
- 1 lb. Cheddar cheese, cubed
- 4 beaten eggs
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 small can mushrooms, drained
- 1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
Method
- Place bread, sausage and cheese in 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Cover with eggs, milk, onion, soup,
- mushrooms and pepper.
- Place covered pan in refrigerator overnight.
- Bake one hour at 350°; uncover and brown top.
