Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 12 cup milk
  • 12 cup water
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Method

  • Whisk together flour and eggs.
  • Gradually add in milk and water, stirring to combine.
  • Add salt and butter; beat until smooth.
  • Heat lightly oiled pan over medium high heat.
  • Pour or scoup batter onto pan, approx 1/4 cup each.
  • Tilt pan with circular motion to coat surface evenly.
  • Cook about 2 minutes, until bottom is lightly brown.
  • Loosen with a spatula, turn and cook the other side.
