Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 2 eggs
- 12 cup milk
- 12 cup water
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
Method
- Whisk together flour and eggs.
- Gradually add in milk and water, stirring to combine.
- Add salt and butter; beat until smooth.
- Heat lightly oiled pan over medium high heat.
- Pour or scoup batter onto pan, approx 1/4 cup each.
- Tilt pan with circular motion to coat surface evenly.
- Cook about 2 minutes, until bottom is lightly brown.
- Loosen with a spatula, turn and cook the other side.
