Ingredients
- 1 medium cabbage, shredded
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 chopped onion
- 1/2 c. uncooked rice
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 can water
Method
- Place cabbage in greased baking dish.
- Place hamburger with the onion and stir in uncooked rice.
- Place meat and rice mixture on cabbage and then cover with the soup and water.
- Cover with foil and bake in 350° oven for 1 hour.
