Ingredients

  • 2 cans Campbell's cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
  • 1 chicken or 4 to 5 breasts
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 pkg. Ritz crackers (about 1/4 large box)

Method

  • Boil chicken until done; remove bones and cut into small pieces.
  • In a 8 x 8-inch baking dish, combine chicken, sour cream and soup.
  • Melt margarine in microwave oven and crumble crackers in the margarine.
  • Be sure crackers are well coated with margarine. Sprinkle on top of chicken mixture and bake at 325° for approximately 25 minutes.
