Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pound of ground beef
- 1 finely chopped onions
- 1/2 cup finely chopped celery
- 1 can (10 1/2 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can (10 1/2 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 can (5 oz) chow mein noodles
Method
- Saute ground beef, onions, celery until done, drain off excess fat and pour into 2 quart casserole dish. Pour chicken soup over this, do not stir.
- Then mushroom soup over this and sprinkle with the noodles on top. Bake 350° for 30 minutes.
