Ingredients
- 1 pound 80/20 Ground Beef
- 1 bottle Barbecue Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 2 cans Refrigerated Biscuits (Grands)
- 8 ounces, weight Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Method
- 1.
- Preheat the oven according to the biscuit instructions.
- 2.
- Brown beef in a skillet.
- 3.
- Add 1/2 the bottle of barbecue sauce to the beef.
- Add the remaining sauce until meat is coated but not soupy.
- 4.
- Add the brown sugar and stir until smooth.
- 5.
- Grease muffin tins.
- 6.
- Stretch the biscuits until they are big enough to make a cup in the muffin tin.
- Press into the tins.
- 7.
- Fill each cup with about a 1/4 cup of the beef mixture.
- 8.
- Top with cheese
- 9.
- Bake according to the instructions on the biscuit can.
- 10.
- Serve 2-3 cups per person with potato salad or coleslaw.
