Ingredients

  • 1 8 oz package frozen artichoke hearts, thawed (or 2 cans artichoke hearts, drained)
  • 3/4 cup packed fresh basil leaves
  • 1 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 cup green-olive tapenade
  • 1 5.2 oz garlic and herb cheese (Boursin)
  • Assorted sliced crusty breads

Method

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
  • Coarsely chop artichokes and basil in a food processor. Transfer mix to a 4-cup baking dish, mix in parmesan, tapenade and herb cheese. Bake until hot, about 30 minutes. Garnish with basic and serve with breads or crackers.
