- 1 large can peach halves
- 1 large can pear halves
- 1 large can apricot halves
- 1 large can Bing cherries
- 2 boxes frozen strawberries, partially thawed
- 1 c. dark brown sugar
- 1/2 c. fruit juice (saved from cans)
- 1/2 c. rum
- sour cream
Method
- Drain fruit, saving 1/2 cup juice.
- Arrange fruit in 13 x 9-inch casserole.
- Put strawberries on top.
- Sprinkle brown sugar on.
- Pour juice and rum over.
- Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
- Top with sour cream when served.
