Ingredients
- 1 tbsp. chopped green chillies
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 clove crushed garlic
- 1 can (15 oz.) black beans, drained
- 1/2 cup plain non-fat yogurt
- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Method
- Place chillies, onion, garlic, and beans in blender blend until smooth.
- Add yogurt, cumin and salt.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
