- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 1/4 c. water
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. red pepper
- 1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. celery seed
Method
- Put all ingredients in a
- boiler.
- Simmer
- for 20 minutes. This will not burn easily
- if
- used
- on
- meat cooked on grill. Good on poultry, beef or pork.
