Ingredients
- 1 c. onions, cut
- 1 c. pepper, cut
- 1 c. mushrooms, cut in 1/2
- 1 tsp. garlic
- 1 c. broccoli
- 2 lb. chicken breasts, cut up
- bread crumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 c. chopped tomato
- 1 bag Cheddar cheese
Method
- Dip chicken breast pieces into eggs, then bread crumbs.
- Brown in frypan, put aside.
- Then stir-fry vegetables in oil.
- Place chicken in baking pan.
- Put stir-fry vegetables on top of the chicken, then put Cheddar cheese on top, then add chopped tomatoes to top. Put in oven at 350° for 1/2 hour.
- Serve with white rice.
