Ingredients
- 3 pkg. ladyfingers
- 1 pt. heavy cream
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 can cherry pie filling
Method
- Line 9-inch spring-form pan with ladyfingers (bottom and sides).
- Soften cream cheese and cream it with sugar.
- Whip cream and vanilla.
- Fold with cream cheese.
- Alternate layers of cream mix and ladyfingers.
- Chill at least 2 hours, overnight is better. Top with cherry pie filling.
