- 3/4 lb. lean ground beef
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 c. (8 oz.) Ricotta or cottage cheese
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
- 6 lasagna noodles
- 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese slices (2 1/2 slices per layer)
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese (sprinkle some on each layer)
Method
- Crumble meat into strainer and put in container to catch grease.
- Cover and microwave on High, 3 to 4 minutes.
- In 1-quart bowl, slightly beat eggs.
- Add 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, Ricotta or cottage cheese, oregano, salt and pepper plus cooked meat; mix well.
