Ingredients
- fish (sole, flounder, etc.; not too thick)
- 1 c. crushed brownberry seasoned croutons
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- paprika to taste
- 1/4 c. melted margarine
Method
- Wash fish.
- Place crushed croutons on waxed paper.
- Mix with Parmesan cheese and paprika.
- Roll fish on crumbs and place in well-greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
- Drizzle oleo over top. Bake at 300° for 10 to 12 minutes.
