Ingredients
- 2 ounces gin, such as Hendrick's
- 1 to 2 ounces Italian orange-flavored aperitif, such as Aperol
- 1 ounce sweet Italian vermouth, such as Carpano Antica
- Lemon peel
- Ice
Method
- Add the gin, aperitif, vermouth and lemon peel to a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Shake until blended.
- Serve neatly in a cocktail glass.
