Ingredients
- 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup (dry)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup (Campbell's)
- 3 lb. lean stew meat or cubed round steak, cut into small pieces
- pepper and salt to taste
Method
- Brown meat in skillet until very dark brown.
- Cover with soups and 1 1/2 cups water.
- Cook over very low heat for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
- Serve over cooked rice or mashed potatoes.
- This is very good served with garlic bread and salad.
