Ingredients
- 2 c. herb-seasoned stuffing mix (crumb style)
- 3/4 c. hot water
- 1 1/2 tsp. thyme
- 1 lb. flounder or other fish fillets, thawed, if frozen
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. dry mustard
Method
- Blend stuffing mix, water and 1 teaspoon thyme.
- Spread evenly in large, shallow, greased baking dish.
- Arrange fish fillets over stuffing.
