Ingredients

  • 1 pound Fettucine, But You Can Use Whatever You Have On Hand
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 clove Garlic, Minced
  • 1- 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1- 1/2 ounce, weight Parmesan Cheese, Grated
  • 5 ounces, weight Blue Cheese, Crumbled
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Italian Seasoning
  • 1 dash Salt
  • 1 dash Pepper

Method

  • Cook pasta al dente.
  • In the meantime, saute the garlic in the olive oil; set aside.
  • In another pan, melt heavy cream, grated parmesan and crumbled blue cheese, until cheese is melted and everythings well combined.
  • Then add the garlic oil and the spices, stir, and salt and pepper to taste.
  • Blend with the hot, drained pasta and serve immediately.
