Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. rice
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup plus 1 can water
- 1 can cream of chicken soup plus 1 can water
- 1 pkg. dry onion soup
- 1 whole chicken (1 cut up chicken or chicken parts to cover rice)
Method
- Put rice in bottom of baking pan.
- Add chicken, then pour premixed soups and water over chicken and rice.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Bake 2 to 2 1/2 hours at 350°.
- Leave uncovered 1 1/2 hours.
- Cover with aluminum foil for last hour.
