Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. fresh broccoli
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- buttered cracker crumbs
Method
- Wash broccoli; drain.
- Trim stalks and split into spears.
- In a large pot, bring water to boiling and cook broccoli for 5 to 7 minutes until tender; drain.
- Place cooked stalks in greased casserole dish.
