Ingredients

  • 3 large sweet potatoes
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 6 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp dark rum
  • 1/4 cup Kaluha
  • 1/4 cup Butter
  • 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Flour

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350F
  • oil potatoes and cook in microwave until soft, then peel and mash
  • peel and slice bananas, then toss with lemon juice
  • add to potatoes, then sprinkle with sugar, nutmeg, cinnamon, and salt.
  • drizzle with rum and Kaluha, then pour butter over.
  • Mix thoroughly.
  • bake for 25 minutes
  • Add topping, then bake for another 15 minutes
