Ingredients
- 1 piece (1 Inch Long) Fresh Ginger
- 4 cups Water
- Honey, To Taste
- Lemon Slices, To Taste
Method
- Peel ginger and slice into thin slices. Place the ginger and the water into a small saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil. Lower heat, cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Add honey to your tea, stir until dissolved.
- Strain tea into a warm mug. Serve with a lemon slice, if desired.
