Ingredients

  • 2 (10 ounce) pkge. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
  • 2 cups cubed cooked chicken
  • 2 (10 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)
  • 12 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
  • 12-1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • pepper (optional)

Method

  • Arrange broccoli in bottom of 9 X 13 inch baking dish.
  • Place chicken on top.
  • Combine soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic powder and pepper; spread evenly over chicken.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
  • Sprinkle cheese on top and return to oven to melt cheese (about 5 minutes more).
