Ingredients

  • 3 pkg. Buddig chipped beef
  • 1 1/2 pt. sour cream
  • 1 1/2 pt. mayonnaise (not salad dressing)
  • 3 Tbsp. dried parsley
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh onion
  • 2 tsp. dried dill weed
  • 2 tsp. Beau Monde or Bon Appetit

Method

  • Mix all ingredients together and chill overnight.
  • When ready to serve, core out a large round loaf of Russian rye sourdough or pumpernickel bread.
  • Tear the cored bread in pieces to use for dipping.
  • Place bread with dip on platter and place extra bread around the outside.
  • Should serve 25 to 30 people.
