Ingredients
- 3 pkg. Buddig chipped beef
- 1 1/2 pt. sour cream
- 1 1/2 pt. mayonnaise (not salad dressing)
- 3 Tbsp. dried parsley
- 2 Tbsp. fresh onion
- 2 tsp. dried dill weed
- 2 tsp. Beau Monde or Bon Appetit
Method
- Mix all ingredients together and chill overnight.
- When ready to serve, core out a large round loaf of Russian rye sourdough or pumpernickel bread.
- Tear the cored bread in pieces to use for dipping.
- Place bread with dip on platter and place extra bread around the outside.
- Should serve 25 to 30 people.
