Ingredients
- 1 can French-cut green beans, drained
- 1 can Shoepeg corn, drained
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- Ritz crackers, crushed
- 1 stick margarine
Method
- Mix green beans, corn, onion, cheese, sour cream and soup together and put in casserole dish.
- Top with cracker crumbs and margarine.
- Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
